Megan Feenstra Wall Awarded 2016 AIA Michigan Young Architect

Mathison | Mathison Architects is proud to share that Megan Feenstra Wall, AIA (American Institute of Architects), has been named a recipient of the 2016 AIA Michigan Young Architect Award.

AIA Michigan describes this award: "To recognize proficiency and exceptional accomplishments in, and contributions to the profession by an architect who has been a member of AIAMI for a minimum of three years and is 40 years old or younger."

This state-wide honor is in recognition of Megan's contributions and commitment to AIA Michigan through her service on the Board of Directors for AIA Grand Rapids , her leadership on programs such as West Michigan Design Week , her participation on the Board of Formation for the new Master of Architecture Program at Kendall College of Art & Design / FSU, and her community engagement as a Board member of the Children's Healing Center in Grand Rapids.

Megan will receive the award on June 10 at the AIA Michigan Awards Program, to be held at the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit.
