The Wish List Questionnaire
Our wish list questionnaire is personal and captivating, and allows you to explore the boundaries of your imagination. The process is fun and comprehensive, and each member of the client team contributes an individual response. This work is an invitation to understand the deepest goals of the project, and forms its central narrative.
Design Phase One
During the first design phase of the residential process, we become intimately familiar with your needs and the project site location. We start design iterations with a strong conceptual framework, and we test solutions through increasingly detailed levels of drawing. We present multiple design directions for your consideration.
Feedback Phase One
There is often as much value in talking through what you don’t prefer as there is in discovering what you do. Feedback on multiple design directions is essential to honing the vision.
Design Phase Two
Guided by your feedback, we pursue the design direction that best affirms the needs of the project, and resonates clearly with the vision.
Final Feedback
Final feedback fine tunes the design. The investment in the early stage yields an important set of calibrating decisions that enrich the project with maturity and fitness.
Execution
As your advocate, we provide leadership at every step of the process. From builder selection, to evaluating cost estimates, and through construction administration, we are full-time partners in the journey.
